The Drugs Don't Work?
I recently found this description of an indie film called "The Drugs Don't Work; Indie Rock caper in which our hero, Richard, finds that 'the drugs don't work'. In his search to make them work, he seeks the advice of Timothy Leary (Sir Ian McKellen) and William S. Burroughs (Ian MacShane). This is a very much a spiritual 'road' movie in which you can see various parts of Wigan transformed through the eyes of the enlightened Indie hero.(Directed by Ken Loach)."
